Strategy

A strategic plan is only as good as the system that carries it out. These essays cover the space between the plan on the shelf and the work people do each week: execution systems, frameworks that fit together, and results that hold up when conditions change.

Several pieces use the Baldrige Excellence Framework, the national standard for organizational performance, in plain language. You do not need to apply for an award to use it.
